Purchased RGB lights from Amazon with the goal of converting them to WiFi control.
As of 2025 I replaced the board making use of an ESP-01M (the vertical PCB style). WiFi control is excellent, but the LED sucks. It has a very wide beam angle and it's focusable in any way.
A single light placed in the middle of the garden casts a wash of light across the entire yard. For this reason I dropped the project.
